Leading Insurance Technology Platform Receives Continued Support from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority

June 30, 2026 – Morristown, New Jersey – The New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s (NJEDA) Angel Match Program has provided a significant boost to vipHomeLink Holdings, Inc., an early-stage tech company headquartered in New Jersey that provides a leading insurance technology platform focused on prevention of homeowners claims.

Through the program, the NJEDA approved matching convertible notes to vipHomeLink. This marks the second time vipHomeLink has received support through the program, initially in 2023, and again at the end of 2025, which is designed to help innovative New
Jersey-based technology companies attract investment capital and accelerate growth. This funding mechanism encourages private investment by matching contributions from private investors, venture capital firms, or other sources. As vipHomeLink secures direct
investment, it unlocks access to the funds approved by the NJEDA.

Leveraging the NJEDA’s support since 2023, vipHomeLink has secured approximately $1.5M of overall capital to grow its business. These funds are being strategically
allocated to:

Enhance Core Technology: Strengthen the Company’s leading insurance Platform, helping carriers retain customers, while preventing home insurance claims and making homeowners safer;
Expand Partnerships: Continue onboarding North American insurance carriers, targeting over 25 partners at year end, and collaborating with the leading IoT home prevention device programs on the market today.
Create Jobs: As the Company scales its business, vipHomeLink will on-shore additional technology development and hire more skilled professionals in New Jersey to support its growth, thereby contributing directly to the State’s economy.
